Arhatic Yoga Preparatory Level 3 with Master Glenn and Master Marilag in Mahwah, NJ
Arhatic Yoga Level 3 deals with the internal alchemy and the building of the spiritual bridge of light (antakharana) and the development of the etheric golden body.
Prerequisites:Â Regular practice of AY Levels 2 for at least three years is required for AY Level 3.
