An Evening of Pranic Healing via Zoom
Pranic Healing is a powerful way to feel better physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually!
We begin with 10 minutes of easy physical exercises to get the blood (and energy!) flowing. We then do a relaxing, 20 minute guided meditation called Meditation on Twin Hearts. This gentle meditation reduces stress and promotes feelings of serenity by opening the heart and crown chakras (“Twin Hearts”). It is used around the world by thousands of people each day to improve both their physical and emotional health. It also increases energetic awareness.
The second half of this event is short individual healings in Zoom breakout rooms. Your healing can focus on a particular condition, or general wellness & relaxation.
