Meditation on Twin Hearts via Zoom
This gentle, guided meditation reduces stress and promotes feelings of serenity by opening the heart and crown chakras (“Twin Hearts”). It is used around the world by hundreds of thousands of people each day to improve both their physical and emotional health. It also increases energetic awareness.

The meditation itself is 20 minutes and the full event lasts roughly an hour including initial settling in, easy exercise and wrap-up.
