Please arrive on time, out of respect for the teachings and your fellow students.

Please bring your water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. We will be healing in our socks or bare feet for better grounding. I provide a booklet for you to take notes in. We will have light snacks; please bring some of your own favorite snacks too.
