It is easy to learn and anyone can do it.\nBasic Pranic Healing (Level 1) teaches everything you need to heal yourself & others, both in person & remotely. This class will also prepare you to continue with Advanced Pranic Healing (Level 2) if you want to take your Energy studies further.\nIn this 2 day class, you will learn how to:\n\nhelp the body heal faster & easier from simple illnesses;\nreduce pain;\ndecrease stress;\nreplace stagnant energies with fresh, revitalizing energies;\nscan conditions of the aura and chakras;\nself heal and heal others;\nheal from a distance;\ndisconnect from draining people & negative situations;\nkeep yourself, your home & office energetically clean;\nsee & feel Pranic Energy in nature.\n\nThis class will be held at Empowered Life Coaching & Connection Center, a charming spot with great energy. Alison has completed all three levels of Pranic Healing certification, including the rigorous Pranic Psychotherapy Certification (CPPT) and is licensed to teach MCKS Basic Pranic Healing. She holds a BS in Physics from McGill University and an MBA from Rutgers.\n
